Cassiana Rodrigues has drama degree at Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and Casa das Artes de Laranjeiras. She had her first contact with the Indian Classical Dance during her graduation time finding in this art form the perfect balance between dance and drama.

 Her degree in Indian Classical Dance was taken in Kerala, India where she lived in 2003/2004 and 2005 specializing herself in two classical dance styles, Kuchipudi and Mohiniattam with the guru Kalamandalam Bindhu Mohanakrishnan.
